Our Sustainability Strategy
We profoundly appreciate the exceptional vision of the UAE leaders and thank the relentless our company is committed to its focus on integrating sustainability across our business to propel our success and differentiate us from our competitors. Sustainability is a constantly evolving process and we have tried to create an adaptive, objective, and result oriented sustainability strategy. It is forward-looking, pro-active, expansive, and constantly evolving to help our organization shape itself into a cohesive, sustainable unit which contributes positively to the benefit of all the stakeholders.
As we journey towards a sustainable future, we are further aligning and refining our focus and evolving our ESG strategy to meet the potential risks, challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. We believe that management of significant sustainability issues has the potential to affect our profits, assets, liabilities, and cost of capital, therefore impacting long-term value creation.
We believe the integration of ESG considerations throughout our operations are integral to our strategic alignment. We are in the process of conducting a comprehensive assessment of our significant ESG topics guided by the disclosures recommended under TCFD and SASB. This assessment will include a benchmarking analysis of peer practices, industry trends and regulations, and our strategic priority objectives. This process included the identification and prioritization of ESG topics that were deemed to be of importance to key stakeholders and of significance to our impact on environmental, social, and governance considerations.
Sustainable Development Goals
Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures
We are focused on measuring and subsequently reducing our GHG emissions, and on understanding and mitigating climate change related risks. Therefore, we are adopting the recommendations from the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (“TCFD”) to effectively guide and measure our progress towards our emissions reduction targets. Beginning with governance, followed by strategy, risk management, and specific metrics, we will continue to consider the impact of climate change on our business.
Year-round Circle of Sustainability
(12 Months – 12 Habits)
a. Water Break: Stay Hydrated! (January 2023)
Our "Stay Hydrated" campaign promoted regular water intake among employees. We installed a digital alarm to remind them to drink water every 2 hours. Additionally, we replaced plastic bottles with eco-friendly glass bottles, supporting sustainability and reducing carbon footprint.
b. Eye Break: Blink & Love your eyes! (February’ 23)
Projection House raised awareness for eye care, as 80% of what we perceive comes through our sense of sight – OUR EYESIGHT. We emphasized the benefits of comprehensive eye care by educating our employees about ocular health in detail and initiated the scheduled (daily) 3-minute breaks at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to reduce eye strain and improve vision. This initiative aligns with SDG 3 (Good Health & Well-being) and the National Agenda Pillar of 2030
c. Month of giving for a cause, ‘Global Water Crisis’ – AED 1/- Per Day (March’ 23)
Giving is a gift, and every dirham counts - Our employees enthusiastically participated in the AED 1/- per day initiative to support the global water crisis, which had a significant impact. Water is a fundamental human need and a driver of sustainable development, yet more than 40% of the global population is projected to experience water scarcity in the future. In addition, 31% of schools lack access to clean water. Every minute, a newborn baby dies from an infection caused by a lack of safe water and an unclean environment, affecting 2.3 billion people. (WHO, 2015).
If 40% of the population of the United Arab Emirates, out of a total population of 10 million, contributes AED 1/- Dirham per day, which is AED 4 million per day, we can attain AED 40 million in ten days and AED 120 million in a month – A Momentous Effect. We believe we can overcome these odds with the assistance of Suqia**. This initiative was consistent with the 2030 National Agenda Pillar. Everyone is invited to join and produce a ripple!
d. Community Connection – Visit to Old Age Home and CPR Training (April’ 23)
Projection House arranged the visit to the Old Age Home during the blessed month of Ramadan to inculcate the ways of connecting to the community and showing
This initiative was further strengthened by implementing CPR training in our workplace so that employees will be able to manage emergency situations and be useful to fellow humans in hours of need. These principles support SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, and 11, focusing on poverty reduction, quality education, good health and well-being, and sustainable development. They align with the National Agenda Pillar of 2030.
e. Unleash the potential of Investment (May’ 23)
Begin your journey by saving one day salary.
Projection House encouraged and educated all the employees on the virtue of budgeting and investment – a habit that cultivates the sense of order, trains to forethought and improves the life quality.
If you have not yet begun investing, start with your One Day's Salary, which is 3% of your salary. With this initial investment of one day's salary, you will be encouraged to maintain your newly acquired savings habit. Consequently, if you consistently invest one day's salary per month, you will invest 12 days' salary in a year, which is equivalent to 40% of your monthly income.
Prioritize saving money and remember that you do not need to see the entire staircase, just take the first step.

Planting a tree plays a crucial role in increasing ecosystem resilience. In the face of global climate change, tree planting has gained immense popularity as a solution. There are approx. 3 trillion trees across the Globe, with 15 billion trees being destroyed every year leading to deforestation. We with a population of 8 billion people, if 40% of the population, that is approx. 3.2 billion people plant and gift a tree in a year. We are replanting almost 6.4 billion, in addition to the new plants grow naturally from the seeds and roots. (Afforestation), with this Micro input, we can produce Macro result Water lifecycle, evaporation, condensation, precipitation happens. Also, we must reduce the usage of tissues.
